- The train near this area seems to be buggy, de-spawns randomly or gets stuck.
Result
This causes issues with the trainline crossing being closed due to the issues with the train.

Steps to reproduce
- It seems a general issues with the city A Coruña in the job dispatcher.
- Sometimes you're not able to create jobs in the city.
- Then we tried a solution to teleport to another city, create there a job, cancel it and try again in the city.
- Then new problems was present, that the dispatcher show that the player is still in the other city even he is in A Coruña.
Result
The city is buggy within the TruckersMP Job Dispatcher.

- Generate a job through the Dispatcher.
- After collecting the job, restart the game.
