The appeal should be properly handled first before creating a feedback ticket. This allows the GM to unban you if they believe you were in the wrong, rather than escalating it BEFORE they've even had a chance to look at their own appeals. Please use the suggestion template in the future.

Game Moderation Trainee Recruitment From the 1st of September until the 17th of September, we will be looking for talented individuals to join our Game Moderation Team. The Game Moderators are the face of the in-game side of TruckersMP, responsible for moderating our game servers by issuing punishments to those who break the rules. These people deal with both website and in-game reports, helping to keep the roads safe for everyone, ensuring the community can enjoy the best experience on our servers. Core Requirements: Have good knowledge of TruckersMP and the rules Must be a member of TruckersMP for at least 12 months Must be registered on the TruckersMP forum for at least 3 months Must be at least 16 years old No bans / forum or Discord punishments within the last 12 months; Must have no more than 3 bans in the last 24 months Must have overall good behaviour, which includes forum, Discord and our official social media pages You have sufficient knowledge of the English language Good communication skills Resilient, active and flexible Ability to work within a team and on your own at times Eager to learn and progress your knowledge Organised and adaptive Be able to accept constructive criticism At least some activity on our forums and/or Discord Specific Qualifications Show consistent activity on our game servers Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, ability to make authoritative and impacting decisions quickly Have a deep knowledge and understanding of TruckersMP and its rules including European and American road laws Familiar with the game's mechanics Ability to reach the activity requirements This position does not require any specific language skills, however understandable English is still a requirement as per the Core Requirements. We're looking for motivated people from all around the world! We're specifically interested in covering the American and Asian continent time zones in order to provide a satisfactory service at all times. You need to be boosting on the 27th in order for you to be whitelisted. Otherwise, unfortunately, you won't be able to join if you're not a supporter on any other platform.

Hey, A lot of people choose to display such information in the VTC gallery. We have a feature on the VTC page which displays randomly chosen VTCs to display to gain some attention to. As we do have a gallery feature, I don't really see this needed. Kind regards, James
