Hello @SouNNNdEr22, There are two ways to report users within TruckersMP - Either by reporting in-game or by using the website if you have sufficient evidence. Ingame Reporting In order to report in-game, you first need to open the tab menu and right click in order to get access to a mouse cursor. Click on the user that you wish to report, select the reason and an In-Game Administrator will see to the report as soon as possible. If a player disconnected from the game, click on the history button towards the top right of the tab menu, there, you can report the user. When reporting users, please remember that an admin might not be online at that current moment in-time. However, when an admin is online, and they view your report, they have access to a form of replay feature, whereby they can see the last 2 minutes before you reported a user. If they ban for it, you will get a chat notification stating this. Website Reporting To report on the website, you require some form of evidence to prove that the user is breaking rules, this can either be video proof or photographic proof. In order to create a website report, navigate to the reporting page: truckersmp.com/reports (you need to be signed into the website to access it). When you're on the reports page, you need to click 'New Report' in order to create your report. You need to obtain the user's TruckersMP ID, there are many ways to do this, one of the easier ways of doing this is by searching their username into the TruckersMP website, once you've found the perpetrator's account, copy their TruckersMP ID from the URL present within the URL (truckersmp.com/user/[TMP ID]). Creating remainder of the report is quite self-explanatory, just be as truthful as you can as you can. When providing evidence, ensure that the admin doesn't have to physically download the video and play it, this is time consuming for the admin and overall un-necessary. Please remember, when providing video evidence to administration, they reserve the right to re-upload the video, as stated in the terms and conditions of reporting - This means that the TruckersMP administration could potentially use the video against you. Therefore, just remember this saying 'Just because someone else breaks a rule, it doesn't give you the right to'. By default, you can only have 10 open reports at a given time. However, as more reports get positively rated, you will gradually be able to create more at a given time. Lastly, please remember that insulting the administrator in any way within a report could result in a punishment for yourself.

Hey @mnmmacd, None of the servers have AI traffic, and I'd be surprised if they ever will. Adding AI traffic has been suggested a lot in the past, and been rejected due to the simple reason that adding AI cars/ traffic will cause shear chaos on the servers: in busy areas, its already bad; adding AI traffic into the mix is going to cause busy areas of the map to get even worse in terms of traffic and trolls. Additionally, AI traffic will put more stress on the servers, and thus making a lot of users with the lower end PC's not being able to play. If you look in the suggestions area of the forum, adding AI traffic has been suggested a heck of a lot: you may find some more information from those Topics.

Hey there Please Follow this step's: 1-) Go to Documents and Delete the ETS2MP Folder 2-) Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard 3-) Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (Without the quotes) 4-) Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder. 5-) Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher" 6-) And, go to re/download this launcher here: https://truckersmp.com/download also make sure: -you run the game as administrator -Opt out all betas in steam -you put correct path when you install the TruckersMP - default path is C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\American Truck Simulator Best regards, Leon With current save he means a save game that is available and working for the newest version of ETS.

We want to make things as safe as possible. That's why we decided to implement a Two Factor Authentication a few weeks ago. How to enable 2fa at truckersmp.com Firstly, you need to open truckersmp.com and log in with your truckersmp account. Hover with your cursor over „Account“ at the top right corner and click on „Settings“. After that, click on „Account Settings“ at the right side of the window. Thirdly, you will be redirected to the account settings where you can edit your account, delete it or enable/ manage the Two Factor Authentication In the Two Factor Authentication menu, you will be able to see the button „Enable Two Factor Authentication“ as you can see in the following picture: Click on it. You now have to open an authentication app, such as Authy or Google Authenticator to get started. You can then scan the QR code to add TruckersMP to your app. Once you've done that, some backup codes will appear. Copyy or screenshot them! This is a very important step for future reference (in case you switch the phone, are not able to login, etc.). Now you will see your code in the authentication app. Every time you want to log in on truckersmp.com, you just have to enter it there. How to enable 2fa on the forum Go to settings, account security Click "Enable" in the Google Authenticator section Open any 2fa app (Authy, Google Authenticator,...) and scan the QR Code Enter the scanned verification code from your app in the provided field Once you've entered the correct authorisation code your 2fa is set up and your security settings will look like this: Once you have applied the settings as shown above, the authentication should work without any issue. Please always remember your backup codes! You've lost your codes and now don't have access anymore? As already explained above, it's very important to remember the backup codes in case you don't have access to your phone, for example. We get many support tickets because of the same problem - users lost their backup codes and can't sign in anymore. Nevertheless, you will be able to login to your account again by creating a support ticket at truckersmp.com/support. Describe your problem and once a manager's there, your 2fa will get deactivated and you can set it up again. After you've done this step, you should definitely save the codes! Hello If you don't own a truck: Go to My Documents > American Truck Simulator and find config.cfg file and: Change uset g_console to 1 Change uset g_developer to 1 Launch MP and select your MP profile and when you don't have any cargo/job, press the ` button which will open the console and type g_force_economy_reset 1 and press ENTER. Then go back to profile screen and select the profile again and a message saying "Game Change detected" should appear which means it worked. Now once you're in, you want to open the console again and type in g_force_economy_reset 0. After that, just play and your jobs should be reset. If it occurs again, just complete the whole process again. If you own a truck: 1. Find a resting place and sleep 2. Quick travel to one of your garages 3. Call SOS and get teleported to service station (F7 then enter) 4. Visit the individual company (drive onto the green pickup point at the entrance of the company)
