    @RE1S. it looks like your connection broke so you will have to restart the game when that happens but if it continues to happen then you will either have to upgrade your internet or try a vpn

    Greetings @Tre3zy, Please follow this screenshot http://prntscr.com/j4gkew .You need to have your profile and game details set to public, so that we can verify you have ETS2/ATS in your library and have at least 2 hours on it. You also need to uncheck.“Always keep my total playtime private”. Im looking forward to hear from you if this fixed the issue.
