You can use lokal Mod like this:
But those are accessories for the trailers, adding a new trailer is not allowed.
This kind of Mods can be used in MP but only you can see it.
And you can use own Skins for the trailer, also only you can see it.

Painted trailers are allowed (said already) and it‘s also allowed to use your own skin in MP.
Like this:
(The Beacon and sideskirt are allowed too)
And save editing AI wheels on the scout is recommended for experienced save editers.
