Elysia ELF

Hi,
I have done some researches:
Red: Already in the game (dlc include)
Green: Might come
Blue: License plate would fit to country (look at picture with car)
Why a few country green marked?
SCS would add the marked country because it would connects the map.
It makes sense right?
Blue marked countries means the license plate from one of the pictures of SCS (this with the car)  would fits to the marked countries.
It can be that SCS release multiple countries in one DLC

Green-blue marked countries have a higher chance to get added

License might from another country but I used only the Europe Map or SCS can add multiple countries like at Scandinavia.
