You are outdated by 2-3 years EP, Rotterdam and Amsterdam are not as populated as it was - Instead, the old EP traffic moved now fully to Calais-Duisburg. As already mentioned, Benelux and the northeast of france is most populated. Germany and Scandinavia show some population aswell. In ProMods, Iceland shows some population and mainly the area where Norway, Sweden and Finland connects.
