VTC tracker message showing up after deletion

I left a VTC and deleted the tracker from my files, but i keep getting the notice when i start my game that it is reading it and sending information. Did I miss something when i deleted the tracker? Or do i need to look somewhere else in my files to get rid of it

For this issue you should contact your previous VTC staff members or the person who developed the tracker, I believe not everyone uses the same tracker so not everyone can provide an assistance for your issue.

Hello there,  

Generally, software such as this is located in your plugins folder which can be found in your game directory. Typically, this will be as follows: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\American Truck Simulator or Euro Truck Simulator 2\bin\win_x64\plugins". Therefore, in most cases, you are able to remove the software by deleting the .dll file located in this directory.

Additionally, the location of any running software should also be logged in your game's log files. Therefore, if you would prefer to be one-hundred per cent sure, you may wish to look at this file for any information. It can be found in "Documents\American Truck Simulator or Euro Truck Simulator 2\game.log".
