Unfortunately when you downgrade your game, it will search for the last auto-save that the game has made in the version you are in, that is, in version 1.36. You will also lose progress if you have your profile linked to the Steam Cloud and make progress on the Single player. When you want to enter the Multiplayer you will lose progress. What I would recommend is to set separate homedir for TruckersMP, so you'll get separate set of profiles for use with it. You can do so with -homedir parameter. Make sure you make the destination home first, since the game will attempt to create Euro Truck Simulator 2 and/or American Truck Simulator folder and will crash if it can't find the folder, which is specified after mentioned parameter. If you succeed, you should see the dialog, where you create new profile. At that point, shut down the game. After that, transfer over the following things: All the profiles from the first backup, which is labelled with 1.37, ProMods(if you have it, will take some time to transfer due to its size) and possibly configuration file(config.cfg) If you want to ask anywhere on forums whenever 32-bit version of MP will be supported in future, try to start GTA V on your 32-bit machine before checking game's system requirements.
