Any example images: N / A Why should it be added?: Currently, the "Ban Evading Reports" condition in clause 1.4 is defined as "Ban Evading reports must contain evidence of eventual ban evading, reports cannot be made solely out of suspicion.". However, this explanation isn't too specific to report. It's hard for users to find a "correct" way to prove "Ban Evading." From the user's point of view, it is difficult to make a report including to provide a "Clearly".
