Suggestion Name: as the title

Suggestion Description: If the user is going to have a permanent outage, I would like to disable the reporting system.

Why should it be added?: 

According to the TruckersMP rules, it is forbidden to use subaccounts to avoid suspension.

 

Also, if the user is permanently ban, the account will no longer be available.

 

 

By the way, if a user submits a report, that user will play the game using another account.
