Yeah I had a very bad luck with this guide. Short after publishing this, they moved the maintenance service, right after that they placed a non colision zone in the city, which made this post totally useless. And then they change the road network in Duisburg. Soon Duisburg will have a new SCS network. It will probably stay here just for us to remember "damn it was hard back then navigating in duisburg"
