2 Leon Baker Posted May 13, 2019 Share Posted May 13, 2019 Hello @Countine, In order, to fix that problem, I recommend you to do the following: Open CMD as administrator then run the below commands, restart your PC after running the commands. Press HERE for a video tutorial ipconfig /flushdns nbtstat –r netsh int ip reset netsh winsock reset If the above commands don't work make sure you don't have any antivirus which might block the connection such as Kaspersky. Try turning your router off for 1 minute and then turning it back on and see if you still have connection problems Try clearing your DNS cache, follow this link for the guide https://documentation.cpanel.net/display/CKB/How+To+Clear+Your+DNS+Cache Solution 2: 1. Run the program as an administrator (right click the shortcut and select 'run as an administrator' and accept the UAC prompt. 2. Run TruckersMP in compatibility mode for Windows 7, please follow this guide http://pearsonsupport.helpserve.com/Knowledgebase/Article/View/210/21/how-to-install-or-run-a-program-in-compatibility-mode-in-windows-7 3. Solution 2: Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard. Enter "cmd" (without the quotes) and press Enter. Type “netsh winsock reset”(without the quotes) and then hit the Enter key on your keyboard. Once it’s complete, you'll see the message “Winsock reset completed successfully”. I just use windows defender. Windows Defender can cause this problem too as it can block the connection between the launcher and the server.
