I heard you didn't have the money and you couldn't get a loan from the bank. In this case just try to reset the economy.

Review this topic:

 

If one day, if you buy a truck. You should try these step, because you may get this problem again in the future.

• Take Rest in a parking spot.
• Quick travel to one of your garages.
• Call service and get teleport to service (F7 and then ENTER).
• Use the ferry or similar crossing.

Dear @Warpi1th

 

This is a common cause, you will unable to be on the MP server to accept the first job, as the SP and MP times are not synced, usually MP is far in the "game future", which makes you late.

So i suggest to you to creat a new profile in SP AND complete the first job in SP.

yeah i tryed that with the econonmy reset and functioned... for exactly one order and the same issue again ;(
