ets2 can login but ats can't

Hello @Maximus_Proximus, Since when you started having this problem?

 

I recommend uninstalling and installing again TruckersMP, by doing the next steps:

 

1- Go to Panel Control

2- In Programs, Click on Uninstall Programs.

3- Search TruckersMP Laucher 1.0.0.4 and uninstall it

4- In Documents delete ETS2MP folder

5- Once TruckersMP is deleted, Download it again from this link: https://truckersmp.com/download

6- Install TruckersMP again

7- Tell us if your problem is solved.

I try that many times, but that not solved problem with ATS. That is my problem from first start ATS with truckersmp.

If client is not good, my ETS2 will not work too, but ETS2 work without any problems.

Only ATS have that problem. I try reinstall ATS, run as administrator, reinstall truckersmp, but nothing help.

Try these

Solution 1:

Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard

Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotes)

Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder.

Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher"

Go to our website and re-download and install the Launcher with admin privileges https://truckersmp.com/download/

Solution 2:

Open any VPN program and try again.

Turn off firewall and anti-vuris programs.

Try turning your router off for 1 minute and then turning it back on and see if you still have connection problems

Try clearing your DNS cache, follow this link for the guide https://documentation.cpanel.net/display/CKB/How+To+Clear+Your+DNS+Cache

Solution 3:

1. Run the program as an administrator (right click the shortcut and select 'run as an administrator' and accept the UAC prompt.

2. Run TruckersMP in compatibility mode for Windows 10, please follow this guide https://www.laptopmag.com/articles/set-compatibility-mode-windows-10

3. Install these two programs

Hey,

we're sorry that our solutions wasn't very helpful and doesn't solved the problem. 

I think it's the right way to contact the (upper) support/ team members via ticket because this error is not often the problem of users. For me this problem is new, I see it the first time now...

 

Please contact and tell us if and how your problem could be solved, I am very interested in the correct solution for this problem :)

Hello :)

Turn off firewall or antivuris programs on you computer and try again to join the game.

 

Other solutions:

Can you try to reset your network adapter's settings by opening the console (type 'cmd' in the search function of Windows and press Ctrl + Shift + Enter) -> type 'netsh winsock reset all' and confirm with Enter , Please try to start TMP again as administrator.

 

If none of these work you could try to clear your Hosts file, enable DHCP, Flush DNS Cache, Clear ARP/Route Table with the tool that is provided below.

Select your connection speed, hit "Optimal" and restart your PC. If you know what to do or you have read somewhere about recommended settings for games you can also use custom settings.

Last, if you have any problem for using this program you can change your settings back by selecting "Windows Default".
