Greetings.

In this step, it's simply asking you to select it's directory, that is, the accumulation of folders as you enter them. The Euro Truck Simulator 2's directory may be: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Euro Truck Simulator 2" or similiar. The "Euro Truck Simulator 2" folder is the folder that the installer is asking.

To do it simply: right-click the Steam application and select "open file directory", and it should take you to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam" or similiar. From there, open the "steamapps" folder, then "common" and from there find "Euro Truck Simulator 2". Copy the directory link on the bar on top and paste it in the installer where it asks you for the directory. You should be good to go! Keep in mind my directory link may not be the same as yours, so take a close look!

Kind regards.

Hey,

with ''Please select you Euro truck simulator 2 directory'' meant the installation path of ETS2.

C:/programms (x86)/steam/steamapps/common/Euro Truck Simulator 2

Hello, you need to install the game in the game folder where you installed it in steam

if you accidentally do not know where you installed it, example C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Steam \ steamapps \ common \ Euro Truck Simulator 2

if you do not know where you downloaded you can check out
steam library go to Euro Truck Simulator 2 right-click properties from there go to local files and view local files
