Question about the length of a ban

If i have 5 bans and i dont get banned in 1 year (12months) since last (or first) ban, my 6th ban would be 3months?

you can read the rules here

§2.11 - How bans are issued

The first 3 bans issued are at Game Moderator discretion.

The 4th ban is 1 month.

The 5th ban is 3 months.

The 6th ban is permanent with no chance of undo.

Any bans further than 12 months before the current ban are ignored under this rule. This is considered the cooling off period.

If you have at least two history bans of the same length in your ban history, Game Moderators may extend your ban to the next ban history length, regardless of how many bans you have had in the last year. For example, if you have already had two 1-month bans, your next ban can be extended to 3 months. If you have two 3-month bans, your ban can be extended to perm. Note that bans that are extended due to it being your 4th, 5th or 6th ban cannot be removed, they are strictly 1 month, 3 months and permanent.

if you have 5 bans  in your ban history but they are further than 12 months,your next ban will  be counted as the first ban and the time of the ban will be according to your seriousness.

If you only had one 3-month ban, then your next one will be 3 months, if the older one is inactive. However, like you mentioned, if you have two bans of the same history length, then staff reserve the right to extend your ban length, in other words, if you have 2 3-month bans, your next one can be permanent no matter how long ago they were.

Hey there,

 

Your first, second and thirth ban are just the time game mods have given you.

A fourth ban, while your other 3 bans are still active, will be one month.

A fifth ban, while your other 4 bans are still active, will be three months.

A sixth ban, while your other 5 bans are still active, will be permanent.

If you already have a history of bans from the past, your second third ban of that new history can be higher than 1 month.

So, don't get banned!

If I understand you correctly, the most important question for you is the length of the new ban after 12 months since your last ban. No, the length of the next ban will not be 3 months, as you write, but only a few days at GM discretion.
