Hello @Lafrake

The first thing is...

  1. Are You using the WiFi? If yes, try to connect with the internet cable.
  2. Do You checked how high You're ping is ? Check it on: https://speedtest.net and post a screenshot if You want.
  3. If the ping is too high, try to restart You modem/router or change the DNS servers.
  4. If You have issues with the servers, take always a look at: https://truckersmp.com/status to see that the server You want is online.
  5. How many devices You have connected with the network ? Try to disconnect all devices > restart the modem/router and connect only the PC and check it again 5 min later.

Hello,

Please follow these steps:

  • Try turning your router off for 1 minute and then turning it back on and see if you still have connection problems,
  • Try clearing your DNS cache, follow this link for the guide, https://documentation.cpanel.net/display/CKB/How+To+Clear+Your+DNS+Cache
  • Try Do a dns flush, you can get help this guide,https://www.wikihow.com/Flush-DNS
  • Try Clearing the ARP Cache,https://techjourney.net/clear-delete-and-refresh-arp-cache-entry/
  • If using wireless making sure that the router is not placed so that it is next to anything electrical such as a television,
  • Using a VPN service to allow for a possibly stabler connection to the game servers via better routing.
  • Open up your Task Manager by pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del on keyboard and see if there are some updating services running in the background processes , E.g: Adobe IPC Broker service,or any form of updater service which updates softwares you use in the background.

Hello,

Although common solutions to your problem has been written above, I'd like to give some advices too.

  1. You can try to clear your DNS cache.
You can do this by running Windows Command Prompt (CMD) as administrator, and run the following command:
    ipconfig /flushdns
  2. If you are using Wi-Fi as the connection method, switch to wired connection with an Ethernet cable if you can.
This will improve your overall connection quality, and therefore, download & upload speeds and lower your ping.
If you can't switch to wired connection; make sure no other devices are connected, and make sure your router isn't placed near anything that could interfere with signals (ie. cellphones, microwave, TV)
  3. try to clear your ARP cache.
You can do this by running Windows Command Prompt (CMD) as administrator, and run the following command:
    netsh interface ip delete arpcache
  4. You can try to clear your PC's temporary files by using software like CCleaner or Revo
  5. At last, if none of these steps seems to be working, plug out & restart your router after waiting for a couple of minutes.

Hope it helps!
