FPS Dropped

Hello, I recently changed the graphics card and wanted to test it on the MP platform and here suddenly large drops from fixed 60fps to 20fps every about 20 seconds. It is not on SP. GTX 1060 X GAMING 6GB, I5 3570 3.40 GHZ, 8GB RAM. This happens on all settings. This is only on MP. On SP is good. Vsynce is off and the equipment is from high shelf, flags and accessories in the MP settings are turned off. After changing the card, this is happening and I have no idea why I've tried everything :c This happens only on the mp client even if I get kicked from MP to SP it's the same, I checked it out.

• Update your graphic card driver.
• Take care not to play in busy areas.
• Pull down your graphics settings.
• You maybe need a new profile,delete old and get a new one.
• Reinstall the mod and make sure that you put correct in directory. (\Steam\SteamApps\common\Euro Truck Simulator 2)
• Don't use unsupported mods.Also too many mods can cause your game to crash.You can find supported and allowed mod from here.
• Delete file Documents/ETSMP (Please before deleting,backup this file)
• That's may be caused by missing game file.Go to Steam Library / Right click Euro Truck Simulator 2 / Properties / Local Files / Verify Integrity of Game Files.
• Make sure you have the latest .Net Framework (4.7) & DirectX & Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 and use CCleaner to remove temporary files and obsolete registry paths.

Can you disabled ''development logging'' and try again?

Hello,

You can try these steps:

• Go to TAB > settings >untick development logging.
• You're should in the pictures make that settings,
• 

• Keep the display board up to date.

• Make sure that an application that forces the processor does not work in the null,

• As you enter the game, you may find it easier to play the game by closing the antivirus and unnecessary programs,

• Delete useless folders with ccleaner or clean master of pc programs,

• Take care not to play in busy areas(Duisburg and calais city etc).

• Press CTRL+ALT+DEL keys and open task manager, turn off other programs who use CPU.

My problem is still there and I've really tried many ways and I do not have the strength to do it anymore ...

 

And before changing the graphics card I removed TMP client and then after installing tmp this problem occurred

 

And where I have installed ets 2 for steam there I have a TruckersMP Launcher folder

Hi,

 

On the login screen at the start of booting up the multiplayer mod there is a wrench icon at the top left, click on that.

 

You will then be presented with the window below, if you click on Graphics you will be able to disable things that can cause performance loss.

 

The main ones are the shadows and the draw distance, you can edit these here to your liking.

 

General, has some more things that you can disable to increase performance

 

I hope that this helps you.

 

To note, disabling Seasonal effects can also increase performance.

• Try to avoid busy areas like Duisburg, Calais or CD Road.
• Always keep your system up to date.
• Replace the graphics card if necessary.
• Try reinstalling the game.
• Turn off unnecessary features in the graphics settings.
• Move away from crowded areas.

• Go into Task Manager and remove unwanted apps and apps running in the background.

I tried the things you said, I also avoided places where there are a lot of people, I even wrote to support and they wrote with me but people would not help, I also specifically turned off all the graphics settings and so on. I tried to run the game even on the lowest and it's the same, I tried to play the game in the window too. 

The only thing I can suspect in this situation is the format ....

Try this:

1. Locate and Secure your Profiles, Copy them to a seperate Folder.

2. Then de-install ATS/ETS2 via Steam and de- install TruckersMP.

3. Restart your PC.

4. Then start searching for all old Folders of TruckersMP and ATS/ETS2 and Delete them. A RegCleaner Software will be helpfull. Sometimes there are "Dumb" Folders/Paths to ATS/ETS2, that were created by the TruckersMP Launcher.

5. When u deleted all Folders, Restart ur PC Again.

6. Log In to Steam-->Rightclick on Steam--->Settings-->Download-->Steam Library Folders-->Add Library Folder---->Choose another Partition or Hdd and mark it as Default Library.

7. After that Procedure, Re- Install ATS/ETS2 via Steam into the new Library, make sure you installing this Version.

important: Check TruckersMP for the actual Versions of the Game, they can be different!!

8. Start the Game in Single Player and check the Version. Create a new Profile, but do not Drive. Close the Game.

9. Search with Windows File Explorer the Path to the ETS/ATS Installation. Keep this Path in Mind.

After that, download the actual Version of TruckersMP, unpack it to a seperate Folder. Install it from this Folder as Administrator.

Make sure that you having the right Path to the Games when you Installing TruckersMP.

You have to check them manually, do not let the Launcher Auto searching for them.

10. After the Installation start the Launcher as Administrator and let him finishing his Downloads. Then start the Multiplayer. If you can Play, close the Game and insert your old Game Pofiles.
