Invalid email or password please help!!

when I came on the main screen multiplayer password in the password section gives an error found such an e-mail password, but the system can not log in to the right you help me

Hi mate, can you please try the following: 

- Enter to the site with E-Mail, which you register on the site, not your game nickname, or Steam nickname;
- Write your E-Mail and password in Notepad, and then copy them one by one paste in the login window, if you  not sure that your login and password is correct writing by yourself;
- If none of the above advice does not help the situation, try to reset your password and log in again;
- Do not use a password or E-Mail any symbols, password must being only characters and numbers;
- Do not use Steam-account, if the game is not bought on it, and on the other account. With the «Steam Family Sharing»to play in multiplayer you can't to connect also;
- Your e-mail address from a Steam account must match the email address used when you registered on  ETS2MP site. This is a very important point!
- Run Steam, then press Profile> Edit Profile> My private setting and set a to all point is "Public";
 
If none of the above works, then try these:
 
1) Go on Documents-ETS2MP and delete client.edc
2) Write your password and mail into a text file
3) Open ETS2MP and copy the mail and the password from the text file created before on the ETS2MP login page with CTRL+V

 

If none of the above works, then please send us a ticket over Support system.

First make sure that you are logged in to Steam which is associated with Truckersmp.
Paste your password and email address into a new notepad.
And paste it on the truckersmp screen. CTRL + V.

Try to reset your password by simply inserting your email address here: https://truckersmp.com/password/reset. If you don't receive the email containing a new password (please check your Spam-folder too), you have most likely entered a wrong email address either when attempting to login or when creating your account. In this case i highly recommend that you create a support-ticket here: https://support.truckersmp.com/.

1- First, set the game folder as the folder you selected when loading the game via Steam
2- Don't using a Turkish characters in your password. For example (ş, ü, ö, İ, ğ, ı, ç)
3- Make sure you play the game for 2 hours.
4- Copy and paste the password into a notebook.
5- Steam family sharing should be turned off.
6- Your membership to TruckersMP and your Steam membership must be on the same mail.
7- If the problem is still not solved, create a ticket. https://truckersmp.com/support

Thank you for your help. But the end of all the tests is still the same. My password is correct and my email address is correct, my password is not reset yet. I installed the Launcher and tried it again. Could the problem be with the presenters? Can I send a message to Turkish admins if I ask.
