Need help installing Truckers Mp

When trying to install Truckers MP and selecting the American Truck Simulator Directory which is C:\Program Files (x86)\steamapps\common\American Truck Simulator

when clicking next it comes up with the message  "you must select valid American Truck Simulator Path!"

 

I cant figure out what is going on. I don't have any desktop shortcuts 

 

can someone please help me?

When downloading, specify yourself how to reach to ATS.

Try to reinstall the game and download the new TruckersMP. 

You can also transfer the Steam to another place, to another disk, for example.

Try the steps below to access the files of the Euro Truck Simulator 2 game:

1.step-)open the steam and enter to the library section.

2.step-) find the euro truck simulator 2 game and right click on the mouse.

last step-)click Properties and ''Local Files''>''Browse local files.

so you can find the game files more easily and transfer the TruckersMP files there.

(e.g=My game files are available on the D disk)

Select Next to continue.

tick I accept the agreement to continue.

Select folder location to continue.

If you have an ATS game,tick or you both have both ATS and ETS2 then continue.

Choose where you save the game and then proceed to install Truckers.MP.

Pick where you want to save, then continue.

Please stay there and click continue to install.

You choose to install.

When you finish click Finish.
