Launcher Update Error

Hello! I have a problem! I'm trying to update the multiplayer, and I get an error: "An exception during the start of the WebClient." Was there such a problem and how did you solve it?

Install both these programs and try again,

 

.NET Framework 4.6.2

Please Follow this step's:

1-) Go to Documents and Delete the ETS2MP Folder

2-) Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard

3-) Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (Without the quotes)

4-) Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder.

5-) Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher"

6-) And, go to re/download this launcher here: https://truckersmp.com/download

click at Task manager, and than at more details.
It is possible that ETS2 is still open there.
In that case, the game can not start, or update.
It has than not yet been resolved?, let me know, I am trying you good to help.
