Hi im Lucas, my dad resetted my pc, and i just downloaded the game again today? my truckers account in the game is gone? how thit that happend? can i get him back?

You're likely referring to local profiles, which are saved in Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\profiles and cannot be recovered if you did not back them up before wiping your drives.

If you mean that your ingame profile is missing, I can tell you that it got deleted if you haven´t had a backup of it.

So your in game profile is local to your computer only, it has no connection to TMP. Therefore if you lose your profile from your hard drive then you have no chance of getting it back if you haven't got a backup.

 

I personally have had good luck using some data recovery tools to get recently deleted data off hard drives (not Solid State Drives, these can be a bit weird with data recovery), however a lot of these are a bit 'questionable' in their legitimacy, so if you do go down this route, then do be careful out there and check on reputable review sites and download sites!
