Black Screen Problem.

I got an problem with joining on the truckersmp on the server Europe 1, 2 and 3 if I am joined he goes to black screen and I hear the sound of it. But I can't  see the game. please help me out

Hello. Welcome to TMP forum

Follow these guides:

You should start TruckersMP as admin. This is really important.

Also try to start TruckersMP with DirectX (64)

Guide:

> Go to your steam App
> Go to library
> Go to ETS 2 / ATS
> Click "Play" http://prntscr.com/i96kvu
> Choose "Launch with DirectX (64-bit) http://prntscr.com/i96l3x Make sure you chose 64 bit.
> Start ETS 2
> Choose your profile and press "drive"
> Close ETS 2
> Start TruckersMP as admin. TruckersMP will start with DirectX for all time. Except you change it again.

Also try to reinstall TruckersMP.

Go to '%programdata%' (http://prntscr.com/i96omv) and delete the folder 'TruckersMP'. After that uninstall TruckersMP and download the MOD again. https://truckersmp.com/download -> Launch the installer as admin

 

Update your graphic card driver.

Take care not to play in busy areas.

Pull down your graphics settings.

You maybe need a new profile,delete old and get a new one.

Reinstall the mod and make sure that you put correct in directory. (\Steam\SteamApps\common\Euro Truck Simulator 2)

Don't use unsupported mods.Also too many mods can cause your game to crash.You can find supported and allowed mod from here.

Delete file Documents/ETSMP (Please before deleting,backup this file)

That's may be caused by missing game file.Go to Steam Library / Right click Euro Truck Simulator 2 / Properties / Local Files / Verify Integrity of Game Files.

Make sure you have the latest .Net Framework (4.7) & DirectX & Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 and use CCleaner to remove temporary files and obsolete registry paths.

• Delete file in this directory: Documents> Euro Truck Simulator 2> config.cfg  Didn't work? Delete Euro Truck Simulator 2 and ETS2MP folders in Documents.
• This issue maybe due to your graphics card.Update your graphics card also update all your computer drivers with sites like driverscloud.com
• Clean up junk files on your computer,you can use clean master,ccleaner for that. https://ccleaner.en.softonic.com/ https://clean-master-for-pc.en.softonic.com/
• Open up the registry (windows key + r -> "regedit" -> OK) 
• Go to the following path "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\GraphicsDrivers"
  Create the following new object at this location (right mouse button) 
  "DWORD (32-bit)" -> name it "TdrDelay" -> assign it a value of "10" (decimal)
  Close the registry.
  Restart your system.

Hello mate!

This problem can often be an indication that the profile file is corrupt.

first try to delete the profile file, and if not, apply the other solution.

Documents>Euro Truck Simulator 2>congif.cfg delete the file and try to enter the game again.

Should all answers still not helped you with this Problem, please

 

try this Steps:

 

1) Search in your System for the Name -> regedit
2) After you opened it search for the Names -> TruckersMP and ETS2MP
3) Delete all the Files what regedit is searching for you
4) Turn off your Anti Vir
5) Download the Launcher new from there -> https://truckersmp.com/download
 

6) Install the Launcher
7) Start the Launcher with -> Admin
