MP launcher error+ not loading

everytime i try and load the launcher it comes up with this error, ive littaraslly done all sorts to sort the problem out ive unistalled the game ive reinstalled it ive deleted msi afterburner and riverstatistics but cant sort the issue, i insally was playing it nearly everyday for a month or so and all of a sudden it started doing this ive even reset pc to factory settings any help would be helpful

• Run launcher as administrator.
• Reset your modem / router.
• Disable your antivirus / vpn program.
• Make sure you have the latest ".Net Framework" https://www.microsoft.com/net/download/dotnet-framework-runtime
• Verify the integrity of the game cache.Go to your Steam library and right-click 'ETS2/ATS' 1.Select 'Properties' 2.Head to the 3rd tab called 'Local Files' 3.Select 'Verify Integrity of Game Cache' 4.Wait for it to finish.This could take a few minutes.
• Don't do things that affect your internet speed. (Download,upload etc.)
• Run CMD as an administrator,type the following commands.

netsh int ip reset

netsh winsock reset

Hey.

 

Please try some of these solutions:

 

 

1) Try to restart your computer

2) Try to reinstall TruckersMP
(Go to %programdata% and delete the folder 'TruckersMP' -> After that uninstall TruckersMP -> After that download the mod again and start the installer as admin https://truckersmp.com/download)

3) Try to close ETS 2 via Task manager (Maybe ETS 2 is running in the background)

ive gone through most of these already the past 2-3 days whilst going through each forum post with similair issues and the first guide here dosnt have the errors on it that mine gives
