Got rid of the snow mod, now it won't stop raining

Title says it all, haha. It won't stop raining, even on sunny days. 24/7. Outside, though, it looks like snow coming down, but the windshield is the rain animation. 

 

I deleted the snow-mod folder from the ETS Multiplayer folder in My Documents.

Rain sometimes ends. You can not turn off the rain.

I have the same problem, though i've just been presuming it was server side. Though it isn't constant, it's been raining easily 90% of the time even without a cloud in the sky for me.

 

Sometimes it rains, but no rain lands on the windshield lol.

You need to do the sun dance to stop the rain.

OT: I believe I read somewhere that the rain was hardcoded into the MP to make it synced or something, I'll see if I can find a source though.

Snow or rain in the MP can not turn off. Managed by the server within the synchronization weather. This means that your settings to not be affected. Snow is added in folders client MP, regardless of whether you have snow mod or not.
