Spoiler If is cb radio,You need to set up your microphone.Select the sound,from the tab screen and set your microphone.The push-to-talk button is X. The "sounds" from the file config folder must be something like this. Some of the links for the radios may become inactive and you stop receiving. You can create your own radio list with the radios you prefer, using a simple tool like Radio Trucker.
