When installed via Steam, the path usually is C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Euro Truck Simulator 2. Try that and if it doesn't work, check your Steam. Go to Steam - Settings. In the new window, click on Downloads and then on Steam Library Folders.
