Hai, there are many ways, but the probably the easiest ones are:

 

Through game's console - you need to set g_minicon  and g_fps to 1

Through Steam's overlay - Steam>Settings>In game tab > FPS counter in-game (it has 5 options - off and 4 different positions)

Through recording software - Some recording softwares like Fraps and Xsplit have an option to show your FPS
