ets2 mp freezing when entering ferrys

hi could anyone help my ets2 mp wont let me get on the ferry it keeps freezing cheers

Please, try and use the search, this same question has been answered lots of times. You have hired drivers, time in MP never stops and your hired drivers seem to be idle all the time in MP, but they aren't. When you travel by ferry or the Eurotunnel, when you do F7+Enter to teleport to a garage or when you sleep, there's a "time jump" (you can see time passing quickly). In SP, this is no problem, but in MP, that time jump makes your game to catch up with the server's time, and it has to calculate all the jobs that your hired drivers did during that time, that's why it can take several minutes, depending on the number of hired drivers you have. Only solution to avoid this is to fire all (or most of) your hired drivers.
