assigned Controls no longer working.

Hey wonder if you could help me. I recently went on to updated my button controls on my pad i use so i could assign the air horn to it instead of the normal horn. Some how the game wiped all button control from my apd so nothing is assigned and i can no longer drive my truck, this is seriously dissapointing. I went on try try and reassign the whole lot and for some reason it wont let me assign a dam button at all and lost it all when it come to driving with my pad.

yet I can fully navigate the menu with it and can even steeering and acc and decel are still working but it wont let me assign anything esle at all, so i made a new profile to see if my pad was playing up and amazingly it let me assign everything on that one fine, so what has happened? it is a bug? or can you only ever do control for pads at beginning of games only? if so my main is of no use if i cant drive on it.

 

Any help would be appreciated guys.

Don't think this would be a bug since all the mod does is connect you with the servers. Everything else (other than multiplayer things) is all done by SCS' code.

Hey @dam00199!

 

I had this same exact problem. For me the solution was changing the controller to option XInput Gamepad 1. After that the button bindings worked.
