They work, but not the same way as in SP. In MP, time runs slower, but it doesn´t stop. That hired driver may seem to be resting all the time, but if you leave the game and come back a couple of days later, as soon as you use F7+Enter, a ferry or sleep, the game will calculate the jobs that driver has been doing since the last synchronization and you'll find a nice amount of cash in your account. Just a note: be careful, because each extra driver you hire adds to the calculation time, there are a lot of people thinking that their games are crashing when they sleep or travel by ferry, just because the game takes up to several minutes to calculate the income from hired drivers... They see a blank screen and hit reset or force close the game via task manager, when all there is to do is wait. Keep this in mind if you intend to build a "multi-drivers" company.

Hi,

I'm afraid they don't work in multiplayer . They do however work in single player if you have gave them a truck to drive in.

I Hope This Helps! :)

Hired drivers take some time to get up and running. The more drivers you have. the more money you will earn.

Please remember that Hired Workers do NOT work within TruckersMP, and only work within Single Player.

Happy Trucking.

Apparently Somehow, I had to rehire a couple of times before they started going out of the garage apparently. I dont really know how this works. But maybe I just had to wait longer, then it goes out on job. Everything is fine now!
