Can't Load Game

I have Loaded 1.24 and opened MP and when I try and load says incompatible save so i go to singleplayere to make a safe file on 1.24 and i can't load it says the same s**t HELP

Make sure you´ve downloaded the lastest MP version from the main page.

The game makes backup of your profiles folder on every update and saves it at My docs>ETS2>profiles{version}.bak - tried to use one of them ?
