You have to pick it up in singleplayer and then go into multiplayer (Make sure the mod is MP compatible first) and then it will be in MP. The server just replaces it with a basic color. Same with the Heavy Cargo Pack, If you don't have it the server just loads an empty trailer. Check out my HTC Vive game play videos on YouTube.
