^ @GodLuck go to your setting on your windows and look for windows update.  If you need more information you can go to Microsoft home page and you can browse there. If you need the link here the link: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/. Here you will find all the information you need to keep all your drivers updated or programs you are missing to run certain applications.

@GodLuck If you bought Windows 7 you should have recieved 2 pieces of media, one 32 bit and one 64 bit, you will have to re-install with the 64bit medium. If your computer came with Windows pre-installed, it may be the same case, but some times OEMs don't include both media so you will have to contact them. Alternatively you can upgrade to Windows 10 or 8 and use the 64bit medium to install.

Firstly you'll need to check if your system supports x64 operating systems. Go to Start –> type “Performance Information and Tools” in search and Enter, Now Click on “View and print detailed performance and system information” and check “64-bit capable”, if it Says Yes then you're ready to upgrade.

If you want to ask anywhere on forums whenever 32-bit version of MP will be supported in future, try to start GTA V on your 32-bit machine before checking game's system requirements.

Instead of quoting the post above, use the ^ character. The character is actually pointing to the post above.
