Waiting 20+ days for support ticket?!?!?!?!

So i have a problem i can normal login to wot-mp but i cant login ingame (it says invalid pasword or email) i wait 20+days for support ticket still nothing (high priority) i hope somone will help me here

The support team work very hard. The amount of tickets that come in is probably more than the supporters can handle as we do have 750,000 registered users. Support team recruitment has just been opened so your ticket may be answered soon.

Just be patient, complaining will raise the chance of your ticket being held back even more, as the Support Team aren't here to deal with impatient people.
