I wonder if even the traffic regulations of the United States allows you to turn right in some intersections regulated by traffic lights . If these crosses with red light I can make the right turn at the american trucks multiplayer simulator it is permitted by its rules as if they are in the single player

Make a left turn at a red light when the road is empty. If you have players around you, please be careful.

Yep as long as its safe to do so and there isn't a sign that says "no right on red" then your good
