how to report people with limited info

hello i want to report this rammer in ets2MP as he was causing a huge amount of trouble in EU2 server but i only have this picture how can i find his ID i searched the 3 numbers in the search option,nothing i searched his name in steam but could not find his name in ets2?? can anyone help.Thank you  kind regards

Hello!, in game you can press tab and click report player to report a player that is braking the rules. Next thing you can do is to record you game play in game whenever you can so we can get rid of rule breakers. The second you report a player an admin will arrive and spectate the player to see if they continue to break the rules. Then they will get kicked or banned for thair actions

About finding him:

Open log_spawning.txd file from My docs>ETS2MP>logs folder - It contains the time, name and ID of every user who got in your range
