A report gone awry.

I honestly dont know where else to post this, so ill put it here.

 

Initially, this all started rather small and not a big deal, as problematic people seem to be a fairly common thing (both me and my friend both seem to encounter intentional rams almost once a day on the euro1 server).

I was at a red light in Bergen, heading to pick up a load, and waiting for it to turn green.
This guy gets behind me.
His name is
[HST][Pony Swag] Blazie tm [G27]
He lays on his horn and spams it not letting off. He seems irritated im not moving.
He moves up till he is right on my bumper almost touching my truck still laying on the horn.
After the light changes i pull into a warehouse area and type 'learn to drive kid. its a red signal'
he replys with 'its a game, make me'.
so i said yea, 'its a game i can get you banned in if you rammed me, and you almost did.'
he says 'i didnt ram you idiot'
and i said 'i said almost, learn to read.'

now heres where something like horn spamming and just being rude progress's further.
notice ive never once called him names.

he says 'fu nigger' 'stfu'
at this point i chose to report him in game with insulting/profanity option and started to take screenshots of following chats.
Ive been told that if you dont, admins tend not to do anything about just in game reports anymore, and require 'more evidence'.
someone in the guys trucking company says 'thats not very nice'
to which Blazie just does 'LOL'
i say 'its ok im reporting the guy'.

as im reading the forums about how to report him on there (ive never bothered to actually go beyond reporting in game till now),
the conversation continues and i periodically move my truck some not to go afk and take more screenshots.

an admin shows up named FCT Aragon, who just chats casually with them.
Blazie mentions how he could have been an admin by now.
I interjected after that with 'they would never let a person like you be an admin. if you think calling people niggers will get you admin status dude, think again.'
to this he says 'Aragon, what do you think, would i make a good admin?'
and aragon says 'yes'.
then blazies says 'he swore!' (becuase i had used the word he had called me)
a friend of blazies named Pulse says 'at ETS2MP, its not about being a good admin'
pulse says to aragon, 'hey aragon do you remember me?'
aragon says 'yes. there was a time not so long ago, when you were admin and i was not'.
Pulse: Aragon how long you been an admin?
Aragon '3 weeks'.

i go back to putting in my report on the web site.
they start to just make fun of me since im a bit afk doing this.

i come back on.. i say 'i was busy uploading' as i was popping my screenshots over to postimage.
he says 'auto rejected'
i said. 'naw. it was accepted. and good luck being an admin acting like you do kid.'
then he says 'i was told that it was rejected. gg buddy'
im wondering who told him this?
i say 'considering i just clicked it... i doubt it. but nice lies'.
paul says 'spiritfire you mad today?'
blazie does a grin emote
i reply 'just dealing with someone who needs dealing with'
paul says 'naw blaze is a good lad'
i say 'he shouldnt be swearing and name calling people. gives you guys a bad name.
to this i get multiple LOL from blazie.
blazie says 'it took him so long to get that trailer'
paul says 'skill=0'
blazie says 'HAH. Oh he mad. He trying to type sumthin' 'paul move, hes a snitch'
then he says 'keep spamming reports, youll get banned'.
(i have not done but just the one report)
i say 'worry about yourself there kid, not me'.
blazie says 'ooohhhhhh hes typing lol bye bye merry Xmas ho ho ho'
paul says 'you shouldnt type when driving'
at this point im sick of it all and just leave the area.

now... i had put my report in on the web site.
i noticed it was picked up right away by 'FCT Aragon' (look below or at the last posted screenshot). same guy who was there chatting with them earlier.
and now its the next day.. and it still says pending. sighs.
its looking more and more like preferential treatment/abuse of power, which is worse than even what was done in the first place.

it seems to me they might be right. some folks are above the law here and can just do what.
what started out to be just a simple report of name calling seems to have evolved into showing an abuse of administration privledges,
from both Paul and from Aragon.
at this time, im not sure what else to do.
i tried to talk to a couple admins on the teamspeak and they just said in-game problems they dont deal with.

is this seriously how you guys want to run things here? covering stuff up, ignoring rules, and even possibly deleting ingame reports?

me and my friend are going to just go back to single player for now.
stuff like this just honestly shouldnt happen.

When i tell him its a red signal learn to drive he says 'FU NIGGER' and then is just being rude after that.
He almost rammed me and was right on my bumper too.
Aparently i watched him type after i said id report him and he thinks becuase hes 'friends' with admins he will not get punished i guess.
Even said he was going to be an admin as well at some point. Honestly i hope not

So basically I did not see the insulting because it happened before I arrived at the scene. I can't act on what I didn't see. You put the wrong steam id into the report so that's why it was taking extra long on the website so I was dealing with that there. 

 

I will agree that I am good friends with Blazie, but it does not give him the right to insult players. If you check his profile now he is banned.

Yep, I think I learned not to Play ETS2MP Drunk XD. I do apologize for what might have been said while I was in-game. But I do remember running the red light, however. I was not the one behind you honking my horn. I was the one who ran the red while you were going straight and not turning where I was going in the opposite direction and with no intentions of ramming. Before you report someone for "ramming" Make sure it's a liable report. But Merry Xmas. I gave you a report worth wild.  You may have gotten me mixed up with all the other HST members there. But yeah, I definitely wasn't the one honking behind you. I went from the f7> to the garage to buy it> then back to the F7 while you were stationary in the GNT Lot. Now I will take this ban as an opportunity for a break from the game since I'm on it everyday. Merry Xmas and happy holidays. Bye bye.

Well at least thats good. Not sure about this Paul guy being an admin however (if you saw his behavior as well in the photos). But that another story.

I dont do reports often except in game until now, so i just used the id i saw in the game when i had hit tab, (or thought i did).

I didnt report you for ramming but for insults/provocation and language. Doesnt seem like this bothers you much however.

 

Yes it was you behind me btw. I wasnt drunk. You also drove like a maniac all over the parking yard after that.

 

Unlike your friend Aragon who thinks well of you for some reason, i honestly dont think you would be as good of admin/GM as you both think you would.

BTW, drinking is never an excuse for anything, assuming its even true.

Id ask that you try to respect others in the future but i have a feeling its a waste of my time.

Guess you will have to ask Aragon who he was referring to then in that screenshot.

Pulse was a former in-game-admin that I hadn't talked to in a long while, but that's off topic. The main point here is that your report had been dealt with. If you see someone breaking rules I'll ban the person regardless of their relationship with me. I just didn't know what had happened before I came to the area.

OP bear in mind for the next report that you deliver that the steam id must be right, a small tip for you in-game you can do this command /pinfo game id to get the right steam id 

so that these confusions can be avoided in the future.
