0 marco6158 Posted December 17, 2015 Share Posted December 17, 2015 When too many vehicles get spawned, a reset for plates starts, infact many cars around you (the ones already spawned) don't have anymore the plate after that message, while new cars that will spawn later will have plates. Happened on older versions too, especially when using high density traffic mods.
