Update your client and try again

Try to delete ets2 and My Documents\ETS2 folder, redownload from steam and install.

Check during the installation of MP that you've insert the correct directory of the game.

Lunch Steam first, then the ets2mp.

Run as administrator.

If you are using mods, there are not allowed mods in MP.

Be sure that you have your own truck. Without it you cannot play. Create a new account and buy your first truck, then you can play.
