MP Problem

Hello 

 

I have a problem whit mp mode.

I make a new profile  on offline mode i make 3 delivery's to unlock the bank loan option then i buy my own truck and i start to freight for myself till hear i make lvl 2-3 then i save and i logout and i log on mp mode and when i wanna take a cargo to make a delivery on job market i can find any cargo that list is empty.

Can any1 tell me why i can take any cargo on mp mode after i make my new profile .

I need a specific lvl or smth ealse?

I heard by an admin that we should be in level 5 to join the mp. 

After i'm not very sure that it's right
