Can't play game

Hi i managed to disable the start window by a accident, i need directx to play the game due to opengl crashing the game when trying to leave a city. Is there any way i can enable this window again or is there any launch command that can force it to launch with directx, i have tried to launch it with -dx9 but that didn't work

Try to delete  Documents/ETS2MP/launcher.dat

[Molovo]

Try to Reinstall ETS2MP and see if the Window Appears again.
