Here's what I did: tried this system for the very first time. never used it before, so, there should be no abuse. reported only 1 person. used the perpetrator's ets2mp user id only. copy&pasted a [link to my screenshot] in the [video/picture] blank. filled in every blank and double-check, confirmed all info is correct. clicked on [submit]. then: can not create the report and everything is gone.
