xFilioo Posted May 8 Report Posted May 8 Suggestion Name: Integration of in-game reports with website - display status Suggestion Description: Adding that if a player is reported in-game, the report appears on the website in the "Reports" tab with a special designation (without evidence with the reason itself), possibly in a new tab next to "Reports", or a function to show/go to the tab in the existing "Reports" tab. The proposal is NOT about adding anything or editing the report - only displaying their status, just like a notification would be displayed in the in-game chat. Any example images: --- Why should it be added?: It would be useful to be able to track submitted reports in-game, because there is no longer the possibility of tracking them after leaving the game, like in reports on the website. This could tell players whether what they reported is an offense and whether it is worth reporting next time, this would reduce the number of unfounded reports. Apart from that, it wouldn't change anything in player behavior since the same thing is displayed in the in-game chat.
Sunstrider Posted May 10 Report Posted May 10 If an admin doesn't review the report you just submitted within a minute, it's safe to say that it will timeout. And, even if they do review your IGR. There's always a chance they won't take action, despite when there's a key moment that made us create the report.
Hirø Posted May 11 Report Posted May 11 Even if I like the idea behind this, I don't think it's needed, since mostly our Report Moderators are dealing with Web-Reports and they can't do in-game reports. This would make your idea kinda useless to be honest. But as I said, I like the idea on it's own. TruckersMP Game Moderator
