Hello,
 

Please verify the integrity of the game files via Steam.
Update your graphics drivers to the latest version.
Complete any missing updates through Windows Update.
Uninstall the game completely and reinstall it (also do the same for the TruckersMP launcher).


As a last resort, you can run the DISM tool.

  1. Open Command Prompt as an administrator.
  2. Type the following command and press Enter:
  3. DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
  4. After that, run this to check and repair any system files:
  5. sfc /scannow


    (This process will help repair any corrupted Windows files, which might resolve the crashing issue.)

Hi there @cjcni,

After looking into your crashlog.

I came to the conclusion you suffered a normal Kernalbase.dll error.
This is a fairly common error, and there are several potential solutions you can try:

1. Update your Drivers.
Your Intel HD Graphics 4600 Driver version dates back to 2016. The newest/latest version for that GPU is from 2021.

But also update all other drivers on your PC.

2. Verify your ETS2 game files.

- Right-click ETS2 in your Steam Library.

- Select Properties.

- Go to the Installed Files section.

- Click "Verify integrity of game files".

 

3. Check for any Windows Updates
Ensure your system is up to date.

So make sure you have all available Windows Updates installed.

4. Remove all Mods

If you have any Mods installed. Then remove them and look if your game still crashes.

Cause sometimes Mods are the issue even if they dont work on TMP perse.

Hi @Donald__Duck

I've updated all the drivers, verified my ETS2 game files & checked for Windows updates (of which there were none).

I tried to see what mods I have but when I click on it I get this error.

These are the only mods I could find

I tried to complete the job I had but I'm still getting the same kernelbase.dll error
 

I was forgetting I had to remove the mod in single player. Done that but still getting the game crash when I try to finish a delivery.

Hello @cjcni

 

Do you also get this error when using another profile or when creating a new one and playing with the new one?  

It could be the case that one of your Profiles ingame is damaged.
