Original Pilot Skin

Suggestion Name: Add the original pilot skin for the Scout car.

Suggestion Description: 

 

This used to be the pilot skin for the Scout car from 2016 to 2021.

Why it should be added: Since the original police skin wasn't added too long ago, adding the original pilot skin for the Scout car would also be nice. It also adds more variety to the pilot accessories.

More skins and plugins can be added to the pilot car, even if only added on the event server

I think a separate pilot livery could be made available to the event server so that all VTC teams can better use it when hosting events
