My last run was with a double vaccine wagon. I left from the Russian company CTAPLIN AMEHb from the city of Vyborg, Russia. I had to take this shipment to the Marina company in the city of Olhao, Portugal. In total, the transport was supposed to bring me an income of 398,500 euros. I drove for about 4 and a half hours and damaged the transport very slightly 1%.
The problem was at the end of the race, when I arrived at the Marina company in the city of Olhao, Portugal, I couldn't find a place to leave the trailer and I had no other option. If I left the Marina company or entered, I did not receive any message, as it normally happens. It was as if the company did not exist.
The GPS shows me that I have to get there, and when I enter the company, the GPS changes as if I had no further journey, as if I had reached the destination, and if I left from the Marina company, then the GPS he came back and told me that I had to go back to the company. If I pressed F6, the transport data was still there (vaccines 8 T).
I simply didn't know what to do, I'm new here and I don't know how to ask for help directly from the game so I closed the game. I thought that if I close it, it will save automatically and when I reopen the game it will come back and I can leave the trailer at the company. but when I reopened the game, the trailer was gone, and I didn't receive any money or experience points, and I could easily complete 3 levels from the whole route.
I would like to be told if I can still recover that money and those experience points or if it is simply 4 and a half hours lost.
