First of all, welcome to TruckersMP Forums! 

 

If the nickname is not visible on the video, you can't use it as a report. 

 

If the name is visible, you can report the player with using report system:

In case you are unable to find the user because he has deleted the account and you have TruckersMPID, feel free to malé a feedback to Game Moderation Management, and they'll handle with it.

  • You should use the Report System to report users you complain about. In order to use this system, you must have evidence and upload this evidence to a platform where everyone can access it. To detect the user's name, you can type: /pinfo <user's ID> and/or check the Tab -> Settings -> Graphics -> Show Truckersmp ID box. In this way, users' IDs will appear next to their names. You can click here to create a report.
