Hello! I decided to register with Truckers MP to play with people, but for some reason when I go to the server I get kicked with the error that there is an account on this computer that is blocked. What could be the problem? I don’t know the account that is blocked. How can I play on your server?

In this case, it's best to open a feedback ticket with Game Moderation Management.

 

To do this, go to https://truckersmp.com/feedback/ and press this button:

Then where it says 'Pick a category', click it and select 'Game Moderation Management'.

In the Comment box, explain the problem you are having and lastly click 'Submit'.

 

It might take a while before it gets an answer, I believe it usually takes between 7-14 days.

But if someone is playing on your computer, it's best to wait until the ban is lifted before playing.
